Studio work

Every commission starts with a written quote and schedule. Work begins on approval of the quote, and delivery dates assume timely feedback. Revisions within the agreed scope are included; anything beyond it is quoted separately.

Shop orders

Physical goods ship within five working days. Digital goods are delivered instantly after payment. If something arrives damaged or doesn't download, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it.

Ownership

Commissioned films transfer to the client on final payment, with the studio retaining the right to show the work in its portfolio. Shop artwork is for personal use unless a licence says otherwise.
