Mr. Headless
His eyes are on springs. His day is falling apart. A squishy 3D short for Oddform about keeping your cool.

Overview
Oddform asked for a mascot with staying power. We gave them Mr. Headless: a round orange robot whose eyeballs ride on visible springs, so every emotion arrives half a second before he does. The short follows him through a morning where everything wobbles — and he doesn't.
Kids quote the wobble. Adults buy the message. The character now fronts Oddform's packaging and loading screens.
What the short entails
A full character package: model, rig with spring-physics eyes, walk cycles, expression sheet, and a two-minute hero film that doubles as a rigging showreel.
- Character design, modeling and spring-eye rig
- Walk cycles and a 40-pose expression sheet
- Two-minute hero short with three gag sequences
- Loading-screen loops and packaging poses
- Style guide so client teams can pose him
How we made it
The eyes drove everything. We prototyped the spring physics in week one and tuned the wobble until a single blink could read as surprise, delight, or barely-held-together — then built the gags around those readings.
